Supply of Machine/Product.

Dear Sir/Madam,

With reference to your requirement of (Particular Product/Machine), please find below our key Terms &
Conditions:

Scope of Supply – Manufacturing, supply, and installation of machinery/automation
systems, as per agreed specifications.

• Pricing – Quoted in INR, exclusive of GST/duties/freight unless stated.

Validity: 30 days.

Free AMC Standard Package Worth Rs.50,000/-
* Payment – 50% advance with PO, 25% on Trials, balance 25% before dispatch.
* Delivery – Estimated 45 Days from advance receipt. Schedule may vary based on
production & supply chain.

• Warranty – 3 Months from dispatch, covering manufacturing defects only. Plus 1
Month AMC Not valid for mishandling or unauthorized changes.

• Installation – Charges as per quotation. Client to provide utilities, materials, and
manpower.

• Force Majeure – No liability for delays beyond our control (natural disasters, strikes,
govt. actions, etc.).

• Transportation – Transportation is not included in the quoted price and shall be
arranged and borne by the buyer. All transit risks will also be the buyer’s responsibility.

• Jurisdiction – All disputes subject to INDORE/MP courts only.
